Congratulations also to Harper for winning third place in a people’s choice vote! Harper won $50 in framing, which I am sure she will put to good use for another of her beautiful drawings.

Earlier this year Julie won the Grand Prize for her age group in the Big River Art Contest for her drawing of the Stone Arch Bridge. Congratulations to Juliet!
