Annie Enneking spent a week at Friends School of Minnesota as our artist in residence November 26-3o, 2012. Teachers collaborated with Annie to plan drama activities that tied into the school year’s curriculum and themes. Annie also led theater activities that spark children’s imagination, inspiring creativity and artistry.

Annie Enneking is a highly skilled teaching artist as well as an accomplished actress, singer, songwriter, dancer, and playwright, winning a 2010 McKnight artist fellowship from the Playwrights’ Center. She is also an FSMN parent.
Annie works with The Children’s Theater Company in the Neighborhood Bridges Program, recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a national model for arts education. As a teaching artist, she uses storytelling and creative drama to help children develop their critical literacy skills and to transform students into storytellers of their own lives.
