Last weekend we helped nine Girl Scouts learn our model of conflict resolution. They will  use the process on a trip with 36 high school girls to visit historically black colleges. The nine leaders will help the whole group to talk things out and pay attention to how everyone is doing.

Friends School of Minnesota alum Asialy Bracey-Gardella helped me to do the training. Our process is quite simple, but profound. I know these young women will run into different tensions than we may in our K-8 school, but I believe the process for addressing issues is the same, any age.
